Biography and experience
Carlota is a specialist in procedural law, specifically in the areas of civil procedural law and criminal procedural law. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the preparation, management and defence of legal proceedings, as well as in courtroom proceedings.
She provides legal advice to companies and individuals, mainly in matters relating to in rem rights, obligations and contracts, leases, occupations, damages, civil liability and claims for payment, as well as minor crimes, crimes against road safety, crimes against persons, equality and gender violence, damages and economic crimes, among others. She holds a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from the Centro de Estudios CEIJ.
