Elena Moncayola Prujà
Biography and experience
Elena advises companies and individuals on matters relating to intellectual property, including copyright and related rights, trade marks, trade names, industrial designs, patents, utility models, software, know-how, trade secrets, domain names, unfair competition, advertising and image rights.
She is involved in providing contractual advice on intellectual property matters, including the drafting and review of licence agreements, agreements for the assignment and transfer of rights, professional services contracts, collaboration and distribution agreements, contracts for commissioned works, sponsorship agreements and contracts with content creators, amongst others.
She also provides support in litigation proceedings and pre-contentious matters relating to the protection and defence of intellectual property rights, unfair competition, and contractual disputes.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Specialisation in New Technologies, Intellectual Property from ESADE (Ramon Llull University).
Elena speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
