Biography and experience
Enrique specialises in commercial law. He focuses his practice on advising national and international companies, as well as public sector entities, in the field of corporate law, corporate governance and commercial agreements (both private and public). He has also participated in corporate restructuring and acquisition processes.
Enrique is also a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) and the Young Lawyers Association.
He has a Master's Degree in Business Legal Consultancy from the Carlos III University of Madrid, a Postgraduate Degree in Compliance taught jointly by the Carlos III University of Madrid and the Pompeu Fabra University, as well as a specialist course in Public Procurement.
Enrique speaks English and Spanish.
