Fiona is specialized in corporate law and M&A, focusing her practice on corporate law, corporate governance, and business and company acquisition processes, as well as on commercial contracting for both national and international companies.

She is also involved in ongoing advisory work for family businesses, corporate groups, and startups at all stages of their development, including investment processes and the negotiation of shareholders’ agreements.
