Biography and experience
Isabel specialises in corporate law and M&A, focusing her practice in corporate law, corporate governance, legal advice to companies in structural modification processes, sale and purchase of companies and commercial contracting, advising both national and international companies.
He also advises companies in the area of compliance, within the framework of the implementation of the management system and regulatory compliance.
She holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the University of Maastricht and a Master’s Degree in Mediation from the International School of Mediation.
Isabel speaks English, French, German, Spanish and Catalan.
