Biography and experience
Joan Martí is a specialist in tax advice to individuals and legal entities (SMEs, medium and large companies), residents and non-residents.
He has experience in general tax planning and advice, both in direct (corporate and personal income tax, tax on non-resident income, inheritance and gifts, wealth) and indirect taxation (VAT, transfer of assets and documented legal acts, etc.). In addition, Joan is a specialist in tax planning and advice on business restructuring, startups and investors advice, tax planning of large estates, business succession and family wealth, as well as in tax planning of international mobility (ex-pats).
He has extensive experience in tax regularization, verification and inspection procedures, as well as in the defense in administrative proceedings, intervening, when required, before contentious-administrative courts or carrying out proceedings of financial liability of the Administration.
Joan speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
