Juan Peña Moncho

Juan is a specialist in many areas of labor law. He represents companies in legal proceedings, mainly in the areas of dismissals and work accidents. He also participates in dismissal proceedings advising management personnel. He has participated in corporate restructuring and collective bargaining proceedings. He also advises companies in proceedings before the ITSS.

He advises companies in the development of their personnel policies and management. Specially in matters of data protection of workers and teleworking. He is an expert in data protection and artificial intelligence applied to labor relations as a result of his PhD in Law from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, in which he obtained Cum Laude mention.

He is also a collaborating professor in the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), as well as having worked as a professor in the Law Degree at ESADE and the Master's Degree in Data Science at the Universitat La Salle.
