Biography and Experience
Júlia has practical experience in the field of civil law, advising companies and associations in civil and real estate matters, especially in the contractual area, as well as in real estate transactions, also with an international component. Within the Real Estate Department, she collaborates in advising companies and organisations in different sectors, including residential, offices, retail, coworking, coliving and hospitality.
She advises on the drafting and review of sale and purchase contracts, commercial and residential leases, as well as the resolution of property and real estate disputes.
Júlia speaks English, Italian, Spanish and Catalan.
