Biography and experience
Laura specialises in pre-trial advice, management and defence of proceedings, mainly in civil matters. Drafting of a wide variety of pleadings and appeals in civil and criminal matters. Extensive experience in claims for payment in ordinary, verbal and order for payment proceedings, as well as in drafting lawsuits and defence in family matters.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
Laura has a double degree in Law, Labour Relations and Human Resources from the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. She has a Master's Degree in Administrative Management, a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and a Master's Degree in Business Legal Advice.
Laura speaks English and Spanish.
