Biography and experience
Laura specialises in commercial, contracting and corporate law. She has extensive knowledge and experience advising companies and organisations on corporate matters, especially in the area of agreements, as well as on restructuring operations and mergers and acquisitions.
She advises companies and organisations from different sectors, including the retail sector.
Laura is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Association (AJA).
She has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). Laura also has a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession (UCM) and an Expert Degree in Corporate Law and Control of Legal Risks of the Company ‘Compliance’ from the Carlos III University of Madrid.
Laura speaks English, French, Spanish and Catalan.
