María Aragón Granizo

María is specialist in corporate law. She has extensive knowledge and experience in board secretarial services, drafting of corporate documents, resolution of corporate queries, drafting and negotiation of national and international corporate contracts, M&A operations and participation in due diligence processes.

She advises companies and organisations in different industries, including retail, steel, pharmaceuticals and private equity. Her main role is to provide day-to-day support and advice to the operating and holding companies of an internationally active private equity firm.

She holds a double Master's Degree in Law and Corporate Law from the IE Law School of Madrid (Instituto de Empresa de Madrid).

María speaks English, French and Spanish.
