Biography and experience
María Teresa specialises in real estate and urban planning, specifically in all legal aspects related to real estate investment (sale and purchase of properties, acquisition of land, sale and purchase of portfolios, sale and leaseback), property leasing, urban development and due diligence for all types of assets.
She works mainly for real estate companies, developers, construction companies, financial and investment institutions, industrial companies, commercial operators and family offices.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
María Teresa is highly specialised in Real Estate Law (School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University of Madrid), as well as in Town Planning and Real Estate Development (Madrid Bar Association).
María Teresa speaks English and Spanish.
