
Marina Ferrer Soler
Biography and experience
Marina specialises in arbitration and civil and commercial litigation, with experience in both pre-litigation advice and legal management of judicial and arbitration proceedings, both nationally and internationally. She has been involved in complex transnational litigation, as well as commercial, contractual and corporate disputes.
She is a member of the executive committee of the Young Lawyers Group (GAJ) of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), is a member of the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club (CEIA) and a member of the Civil Law Section of the ICAB. In addition, she participates as a speaker at universities, professional associations and conferences.
She holds an Advanced Master’s Degree in Legal Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University.
Marina speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish and Catalan.
