Biography and experience
Marta specialises in banking and procedural law. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the processing of civil and bankruptcy proceedings. Provision of legal services to various financial institutions, formalisation of operations of all kinds and legal claims for late payments, foreclosures and bankruptcy proceedings in which financial institutions are in debt.
Marta prepared for the competitive examination to become a Land, Commercial and Movable Property Registrar. She is a member of the Young Lawyers' Association of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
Marta has a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) and a Master's Degree in Legal Practice from the Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC).
Marta speaks English and Spanish.
