Biography and experience
Pedro is fundamentally dedicated to business law. He has been responsible for the legal advice of multinational groups in the industrial and energy sector, having specialised in commercial contracts, company acquisitions, partnership agreements and public tenders, matters in which he has been advising companies on a recurring basis in their national and international activities.
Pedro has experience in providing legal advice to engineering, energy and agri-food sector groups, as well as in the tendering, financing, construction and operation of different renewable energy projects in Spain and abroad.
He also provides legal advice on the acquisition of companies for the development of power generation plants, investment agreements and partnership agreements.
He holds a Master's Degree in Legal Practice from ICADE.
