Biography and experience
Ramon develops his practice in the area of Corporate and M&A, taking part in corporate transactions, business restructurings and in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. He advises national and international companies on corporate law and corporate governance matters.
He is also involved in the ongoing advisory work for family-owned businesses, corporate groups and startups throughout all stages of their development, including investment processes and shareholders’ agreements.
Ramons speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
