Biography and experience
Raquel specialises in property, construction and town planning law.
She has experience in property M&A transactions, the sale and purchase of all types of assets (residential, offices, industrial units, hotels and land), sale-and-leaseback transactions, residential, commercial and industrial leases, construction contracts and delegated development contracts, the creation of surface rights and other in rem rights.
In addition, she has advised on public and private tenders for housing construction and has extensive experience in foreign investment transactions in real estate.
