Spain needs a competitive tax system

"The administration cannot see taxpayers as a "gang of fraudsters" or as a "cow to be milked". 

"More than 30 legal amendments to personal income tax and corporation tax have been approved. It projects an image of insecurity and unreliability that directly rules us out of many of the tables where investments are decided".
