Treatment of public credit and other issues that affect the benefit of exemption from the dissatisfied liability after the STS 02/07/19

The benefit of the exemption of the dissatisfied liability which implies the cancellation of the unmet debts after the processing of the creditors' contest is regulated in article 178 bis of the Bankruptcy Law and can be granted to those debtors in good faith who meet the legally established requirements.
