Biography and experience
She is a specialist in corporate restructuring and insolvency law. She participates directly in corporate restructuring and refinancing operations, as well as in insolvency proceedings, advising both the insolvent company and the creditors concerned.
It is worth noting the defense of directors of companies during insolvency proceedings in which their possible responsibility in the aggravation of the financial situation of the company and the fulfilment of their corporate obligations is analyzed.
In addition, due to her experience in litigation, especially in civil disputes, she advises clients on obligations and contract law, as well as on civil liability.
