Getting out of the tunnel: towards a new reality - Legal implications

With the declaration of the State of Alarm and the succession of decrees we explain, in different webinars, the measures adopted by the Government and their implications for companies from the perspective of the different legal areas: labor, tax, procedural, commercial, real estate, or from the point of view of business restructuring, among others.

Now we begin to go through what has been called the ‘new normal’. But are we prepared for this reality?

Do we know when we have to prepare the annual accounts? When do the procedural deadlines resume? Given the foreseeable collapse in the courts, is mediation a better solution to reach agreements? What options at the labor level do we have once the State of Alarm is lifted? Without liquidity, what can we do? Are my assets at risk? Can workers refuse to work in person? Will companies be able to fire workers individually or collectively?
