Biography and experience
Alex has extensive experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, shareholders’ agreements, the establishment of joint ventures and distribution agreements, representing both Spanish and multinational clients. Throughout his career, he has advised on complex domestic and international transactions, including investment and divestment processes in the context of private equity and venture capital, as well as the corporate and contractual structuring of business projects.
He provides ongoing advice to companies and business groups, as well as investment funds and management teams, at all stages of a company’s life cycle, from incorporation and business development through to reorganisation and transfer processes. His practice also includes advising boards of directors, which enables him to provide a legal perspective aligned with strategic decision-making.
He serves as company secretary to the boards of directors of various industrial companies and holding companies, a role in which he supports his clients in management and corporate governance.
