Alten acquires Ayesa's aeronautics subsidiary

RocaJunyent has advised the French group Alten Europe, leading engineering and consultancy firm with 55,000 employees, on the 100% acquisition of Ayesa Air Control Ingeniería Aeronáutica, joint venture between Ayesa Inversiones and Sevilla Control, which aims to become a benchmark firm in the aerospace engineering segment.

With this acquisition, Alten Europe Group strengthens its presence in Spain and completes its position in the aeronautics, defence and space industries.

The transaction has been led by partner Alex Llevat and senior associate Aina Teixidó.
