Biography and experience
Aina is a lawyer within the Corporate Law Department, practicing since 2013, with experience in giving advice to clients from different sectors, both national and international, in various areas of corporate law, that is, transactional operations, acquisition of companies and businesses, restructuring of company groups, advice on commercial contracts, as well as ongoing advice to companies.
Likewise, she collaborates with the team specialized in the insurance sector, providing advice to entities on both regulatory and contractual aspects.
Aina joined RocaJunyent in 2017. She previously developed her professional career at Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira and Deloitte.
Aina speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
