Validated ID closes EUR 2m funding round
Our M&A and Commercial team has provided legal advice in the financing round of Validated ID, a Spain-based startup, closed a EUR 2m funding round, led by Caixa Capital Risc (Global) and Randstad Innovation Fund, and also subscribed by Cuatrecasas Ventures and existing shareholders.
Validated ID, based in Barcelona, specializes in digital signature, electronic invoice and digital identity. The received funds will go towards boosting the company's international expansion and improving its product development.
