Lumu acquires Maltiverse to redefine threat intelligence as it launches its European expansion

RocaJunyent has advised Lumu Technologies, a cybersecurity company pioneering Continuous Compromise Assessment, in the acquisition of Maltiverse, a threat intelligence company specialising in curated threat feeds and indicators of compromise (IOCs).

With this acquisition, Lumu Technologies will redefine threat intelligence as it launches its European expansion. The transaction has been led by Xavier Costa, Guillem Navarro, and Aina Teixidó.
