Guillem Navarro Monterde

Guillem focuses his practice on corporate advisory, commercial contracting, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), advising on corporate restructurings and share purchase transactions both in Spain and internationally. He regularly advises companies, family-owned businesses, and startups throughout all stages of their development, including supporting investors and entrepreneurs in financing rounds and investment agreements.

In addition, he has experience in the sports sector, providing legal counsel to professional sports corporations. He serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors of Centre d’Esports Sabadell FC, SAD, actively advising its governing bodies on legal matters.

With a strong international outlook, he has been involved in international legal projects, specifically in the Netherlands and Italy, working alongside local law firms. This has provided him with a comparative and hands-on understanding of corporate and M&A law.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Barcelona Bar Association and has specialized training in corporate law and M&A from the Center for Financial Studies. He has also completed further legal studies with a focus on the commercial and contractual aspects of the sports industry.
