RocaJunyent advises Controlauto on the purchase of PrevenControl and its entry in Spain

RocaJunyent has advised on the acquisition of the Catalan company PrevenControl (Revisions de Vehicles, S.A.) by the Portuguese company Controlauto, S.A.

Controlauto, a technical vehicle inspection company in Portugal in which Portobello has had a stake since the end of 2023, has signed an agreement for the acquisition of the entire PrevenControl Group, a Catalan company operating in the field of technical vehicle inspections. The transaction is the first international operation of the Portuguese company and its jump to Spain, coinciding with the entry of the Spanish fund months ago in its shareholding.
