RocaJunyent advises The Project on the purchase of part of Èxits Management business
RocaJunyent's Tax Law and Commercial departments have advised The Project on the purchase of part of the business of Èxits Management, through the new company Exits Espectacles SL.
The agreement will allow The Project and Exits Management to jointly develop their artistic management and booking proposals. Blanca Usón, partner of Tax Law, and Alex Llevat, partner of M&A and Commercial, together with lawyers Eva Mañas, Marta Tàpies and Elena Carrillo, have advised on the transaction.
