Ravago Chemicals acquires Indukern

Overview

We advised Ravago Chemicals, a Belgian company specialized in the production of plastics and chemical products, in the acquisition of the Spanish company Indukern from Grupo Indukern. The transaction was worth EUR 200m.

Indukern, based in El Prat del Llobregat, is a chemical company dedicated to the commercialization of value-added products and solutions for the food, flavors and fragrances, pharmaceuticals and animal nutrition sectors.
