RocaJunyent advises Enerside on investment agreement with Laurion

RocaJunyent has advised the Catalan energy company Enerside on the investment agreement with the family office Laurion Group.

In this way, Enerside, specialised in the development, construction and operation of photovoltaic solar parks, strengthens its financial structure to meet its business plan.

Laurion takes a 12.6% stake in the listed energy company.
