RocaJunyent has advised the private equity fund Enion Partners on its participation in the Solatom financing round

RocaJunyent has advised the private equity fund Enion Partners in its participation in the financing round that Solatom, the Valencian startup that performs concentrated solar heat activities for direct use by the industrial sector, has recently carried out.  Our partner Fede Segura Wallin has led the transaction, together with Sergio Giménez, M&A and Corporate Associate.

This transaction will allow Solatom to open a new production centre in Valencia, and to scale up the sale of renewable steam in industrial processes.
