Sergio Giménez Beltrán

Sergio is a lawyer specialized in corporate law, business and commercial contracts, complex restructuring operations, corporate governance and M&A, working as a lawyer in the Corporate Department.

Master's Degree in Business Law, specialising in Commercial Legal Advice. In addition, he has a University Degree in Financial Accounting issued by the Centro de Estudios Financieros, and a Technical Degree in Information Security Management and Data Protection Law (REPD-LOPD), from the European University Miguel de Cervantes.

He has participated in the Talent Internship Programme - Corporate legal Department, of Banco Sabadell in its Paris office.

Sergio speaks English, French, German and Spanish.
