RocaJunyent has advised one of the shareholders of Hoteles Miami, S.L. on the sale of the company to Mimas Hotels HoldCo, S.L.

The transaction took place in the hospitality sector, where Hoteles Miami, S.L. operated the Hotel/Pensión Miami, located in the centre of Barcelona.
