RocaJunyent advises Energiot on a €1.5M funding round led by Inclimo

RocaJunyent has advised Barcelona-based startup Energiot Devices on the closing of a €1.5 million funding round led by Inclimo Climate Tech Fund. The transaction also included the participation of Easo Ventures and BStartup (Banco Sabadell), as well as existing investors such as Axon Partners Group, InnoEnergy and Axel Carbon Capital.

Energiot, founded as a spin-off of the Barcelona Institute of Microelectronics, develops self-powered IoT sensors using piezoelectric energy, capable of harnessing vibrations from power lines to monitor infrastructure without the need for maintenance.

With a presence in markets including Spain, France, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands, the company will use the funds to strengthen its technical team, advance the industrialization of its technology and accelerate its international commercial expansion.

The legal advisory was led by Fede Segura, together with Sergio Giménez, who guided the company throughout the entire process.
