RocaJunyent advises on the sale of Climorent to Atlas Copco

RocaJunyent has advised on the sale of Climorent, a specialist provider of industrial refrigeration rental solutions in Spain, to Atlas Copco.

In 2022, Climorent had revenues of approximately €2 million.

The business will become part of the Specialty Rental division within the Power Technique business area.

The transaction has been advised by Fede Segura and Sergio Giménez.
