RocaJunyent has advised Jetnet on the sale of its fibre optic networks (FTTH) to Excom. This operation affects 23,000 buildings in municipalities in Granada, Malaga, Almeria and Jaen. From now on, both operators will jointly operate the transmitted network. Lourdes Amigó de Bonet led the M&A advisory and Gerard Pérez Olmo led the competition advisory.
