Biography and experience
Extensive experience in contract and corporate law, having intervened in due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, dissolutions, liquidations and sales of companies, representing Spanish and multinational companies.
She is part of the team specialized in insurance law of RocaJunyent, with extensive experience in advising insurance and reinsurance entities on regulatory and contractual aspects.
She is also part of RocaJunyent's Latam Desk, with extensive experience in advising Spanish investment projects in Latin America and assisting Latin American clients in their investments in Spain.
Member and secretary of the Board of Directors of Societat Econòmica d’Amics del País.
2016 (March - June) secondment to NABARRO LLP (London).
