Agfa Graphics acquired the prepress business of Ipagsa Industrial
Santi Pagès and Lourdes Amigó have advised Agfa Graphics, a Belgium-based company controlled by Agfa Gevaert, in the acquisition of the prepress business of Ipagsa Industrial. The deal value was EUR 3m.
The transaction excludes the printing plate manufacturing activities of Ipagsa in Barcelona, Spain.
