RocaJunyent advises GSI on its investment in PARIS/64 to drive the international expansion of its high‑end handcrafted handbags

At RocaJunyent, we have advised Global Social Impact Investments (GSI), on its entry into the share capital of PARIS/64, an Aragon-based company renowned for the design and manufacture of high‑end handcrafted handbags, with a strong social purpose and a clear international ambition.

GSI stands out for investing in projects that promote inclusion and create opportunities for people in vulnerable situations. PARIS/64, a Spanish luxury artisanal handbag brand, is fully aligned with this strategy: one year ago, it opened a factory in Illueca (Zaragoza) with the aim of revitalising the Aranda region and establishing it as a new hub for craftsmanship within the handbag sector.

Founded in 2019, the company is driving an ambitious international expansion plan. Following the opening of its flagship store in New York and its presence in El Corte Inglés, the brand plans to establish itself in Paris, Tokyo, London and Seoul before 2030, the year in which it aims to reach a turnover of €30 million. It recorded €6 million in 2025 and expects to close 2026 with €9 million.

This transaction will strengthen the company’s growth strategy in international markets and consolidate its position in the luxury artisanal handbag segment. After the capital increase, the founders retain a majority shareholding, and the two Aragonese family offices that participated as minority investors in the €2.5 million funding round in 2022 also remain in the capital.

The advisory work was led by Santi Pagès, partner in the firm’s M&A practice, with the collaboration of senior associate Lourdes Amigó de Bonet and associate Javier Rodríguez.
