Javier Rodríguez Velázquez

Lawyer specialising in corporate law and M&A, focusing his practice on company law, corporate governance, company and business acquisition processes, and commercial contracts for both national and international companies and the public sector.

Javier is also part of the Finance and Banking Law team providing advice on financing transactions, project finance, corporate debt financing and refinancing (syndicated and bilateral loans, factoring agreements and collateral and personal guarantee agreements linked to such processes) to both credit institutions and private creditors.
