RocaJunyent advises Briolf Group on the financing of the acquisition of Areco

The Catalan business Briolf Group, formed by several industrial companies in the speciality chemicals sector, has acquired 100% of Areco Italia S.P.A, a corporation specialised in the development and manufacture of aerosol paints for multiple sectors.

RocaJunyent has advised Briolf Group in the financing of the acquisition of Areco, granted by a syndicate of banks led by Caixabank. With this agreement, Briolf will incorporate revenues in excess of 31 million euros, according to forecasts for 2022.

The operation has been led by partner Xavier Foz and lawyers Joaquim Via, Marc Rovira and Javier Rodríguez.
