Autocares Julià acquires business unit of Autopullman Padrós
Our client, Autocares Julià, a Spain-based company controlled by Grupo Julià, acquired the road passenger transport business division of Autopullman Padrós, also based in Spain. The deal value was EUR 2.1m.
Autopullman Padrós, based in Barcelona, has a fixed workforce of 38 drivers and its own fleet of 48 coaches, mainly covering services in the province of Barcelona. Following the transaction, the company will cease to operate.
