Global Social Impact has launched a new impact investment fund focused on Spanish companies: Global Social Impact Fund Spain.

Our M&A and Corporate team has advised the new fund in its first investment. The chosen company has been Revoolt, a company specialized in last mile sustainable urban logistics solutions for the food sector.
