Advising Arquia Banca on the acquisition of 40% of InsurCEO

RocaJunyent has advised Arquia Banca, a leading entity in financial services for professional profiles, on the acquisition of 40% of InsurCEO, a technological platform of the brokerage Insurnet, specialised in online services for professionals and businesses and recognised for its contribution to the transformation of the insurance industry.

The transaction was carried out through a capital increase that Arquia fully subscribed to. Natalia Martí was the partner who led the advisory, alongside senior associate Eric Calero.
