
Eric Calero Martín
Biography and experience
Eric is a lawyer specialized in corporate law and M&A. He advises national and multinational companies, including IBEX-35 companies, on matters relating to their daily operations and all types of commercial transactions, nationally and internationally.
He also advises listed and unlisted companies on corporate governance, and has particular expertise in family businesses and private foundations. Eric currently serves as secretary and deputy non-director secretary on the Board of Directors of several companies.
Eric is a member of the UIA (International Association of Lawyers) and has been included in the Best Lawyers Ones to Watch ranking (Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Law).
In 2016, Eric received the national Readers’ Award from Diario La Ley (Wolters Kluwer) for publishing the most widely read legal article in Spain, focused on evidence and professional ethics. He has also received other recognitions and awards for his academic achievements.
Eric earned his Master's Degree in Spanish Legal Practice, with a specialization in Economic Criminal Law, at the UPF Barcelona School of Management, and graduated with honors in his Law Degree..
Eric speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
