Germans Homs acquires Llogater
Our M&A an Commercial team has advised in the acquisition of 100% of Llogater by Germans Homs, a Spain-based company specializing in machinery leasing.
Llogater, based in Sant Julià de Ramis, Catalonia, is also engaged in machinery leasing. German Homs is backed by Spain-based private equity Suma Capital, which owns a minority stake in the company.
