Biography and experience
She has wide experience in Corporate and Contractual Law, advising national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence processes and company liquidations, as well as on the negotiation and drafting of business contracts, joint ventures, and especially regarding franchising matters (implementation and development of national franchise networks, pre-contractual and contractual documents).
She also acts as legal adviser to several foundations.
Joana speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
