Grup Unió has agreed to restructure its debt with the advice of RocaJunyent.

We have advised Grup Unió on the restructuring of its financial debt, a transaction that will enable the cooperative to strengthen its stability and ensure the continuity of its operations in the wine, olive oil and nuts sectors. The agreement reached with the financial institutions provides for the deferral of the repayment of approximately €37 million in liabilities until 2034, providing the group with a sustainable financial framework to face the coming years.

This transaction was led by Josep Pujolràs and Lluís Serras on behalf of RocaJunyent and represents a decisive step for a long-established cooperative founded in Reus in 1942, which brings together more than a hundred cooperatives and is linked to 15,000 families in Catalonia, Valencia and Aragon.
