Josep Pujolràs Nonell

Economist and lawyer. Josep has more than 30 years of professional practice, with his beginnings in auditing. Before focusing his professional practice on insolvency law, Josep was Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of a national food group. He has been a partner at RocaJunyent for 20 years and is currently also a member of the Board of Directors of the RocaJunyent Group.

Josep is a member of the Spanish Insolvency Law Club and gives sessions and lectures in collaboration with the Girona Bar Association, the Association of Economists of Catalonia, where he was the Territorial President of Girona and Member of the Governing Board of Catalonia (1998-2004), the General Council of Economists and the Association of Mediators of Madrid. In his lectures Josep deals with both business viability and restructuring situations of companies in crisis.

He has participated in company restructurings and in the resolution of crisis situations, both in solvency and insolvency. He has been appointed Insolvency Administrator of relevant proceedings due to their complexity and amount and has been recommended by several directories, including the Leaders League.

Josep speaks Spanish, Catalan, French and English.
